DMCA Policy

Marjorie Estiano Idade ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Marjorie Estiano Idade service and/or website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and Counter-Notification. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Marjorie Estiano Idade website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Marjorie Estiano Idade website, with sufficient detail so that we can find it. Providing URLs is the best way to help us locate the content quickly.
  3. Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a "fair use").
  5. Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Please send your complete DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.
